Dr. Michael Ganon, DO

Attending Physician

A 1982 graduate Of UMDNJ/SOM, Dr. Ganon is board certified in Family Medicine. In a busy career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Ganon has taken on many clinical and leadership roles. Dr. Ganon is actively pursuing board certification in Addiction Medicine and is a vital part of the Garden State Treatment Center team.

Anne Marie Schlomann

APN

Annemarie Schlomann, APN, received her Associate Degree in Nursing at County College of Morris in 1986 and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Excelsior College. She has over 30 years of clinical acute care nursing experience in critical care and emergency medicine. She has served in nursing education and management roles.

Joel Wishnia

Chief Operating Officer

Joel Wishnia has worked in the treatment field since 2016. Joel grew up in South Florida and returned in 2016, after his own personal struggles with alcoholism and addiction. He is dedicated to helping others find a new way of life.

Amanda Timonere, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, MCAP

Chief Clinical Officer

Amanda Timonere has served in the field of Addictions and Mental Health since 2010. Originally from New Rochelle, New York, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.

Elizabeth Hill, LCADC, CCS, CDP, MAC

Clinical Director

Liz Hill was born in London, England and was raised in Queens, New York.  She holds a BA from Hunter College and a MA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Matt Macaluso

Executive Director

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Matthew began his career in the Substance Abuse Treatment field shortly after achieving sobriety in Florida in 2011. He started as an entry level Behavioral Health Technician.

Alex Costa

Chief Marketing Officer

Alex Costa, a Massachusetts native, is a person in long-term recovery from Addiction and Alcoholism. His passion and purpose for helping others always remain at the forefront as our Chief Marketing Officer.

Jonathan Macciocca

Director of Business Development

Jonathan is a person in long term recovery who’s mission is to help others reach sobriety. He has been working in Business Development for 5 years and has a passion for helping others and their families.

David Goloski

National Director of Alumni Services

David joined the team here at RBHN to bring aboard his expertise of engagement and structure within alumni programming. RBHN is passionate about the alumni services they provide to their clients and share many of the same visions and goals that David does.

Jennifer James, LAC

Primary Therapist

Jennifer is a Primary Therapist at Garden State Treatment Center and is currently licensed as an Associates Counselor. Jennifer desire’s to bring passion and hope to those who are battling addiction.

Sharon Alexander, MA, MFT

Primary Therapist

Sharon Alexander is a primary Counselor for Garden State Treatment Center. She is currently working on her Licensing/certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

William Mahoney

Group Facilitator

I try to bring my 30 plus years of experience with sobriety and close to 19 years of treatment experience to clients on a daily basis so they may enjoy the life of sobriety as I have.  

Paul Cordero

Clinical Outreach Coordinator

Paul is a person in long term recovery, and has a passion for helping people with substance abuse disorders achieve sobriety, and maintain recovery.

Chelsea Koziar

Director of Admissions

Chelsea has worked in the recovery field since 2014 and she aspires to help people find the same quality of care that she received when she first sought help. Her passion is to create an admissions process for the individual and their loved ones that is seamless and as efficient as possible.

Leanna Kurnel

Alumni Coordinator

An alumni of Garden State Treatment Center, Leanna was born and raised in New Jersey and moved down to Florida for several years to seek recovery. Leanna moved back to the Garden State eventually leading her to work in the recovery field.
