Courtney Williams is a Licensed Social Worker and Primary Therapist at Garden State Treatment Center. She graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with her MSW, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. Courtney cultivated a deep interest in the field of addictions while working in substance use prevention. There, she strived to reduce the effects of substance use disorders by facilitating evidence-based prevention programs. Through these practices, Courtney developed an earnest desire to work closely with individuals and families living with substance use disorders. She completed a clinical internship at Garden State Treatment Center and has been a team member since 2022. Courtney is currently pursuing licensure as both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a License Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
